This Privacy Policy explains how SEOCIALEYES ("we", "us", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our SEO management platform, our WordPress plugin, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and role, provided when an account is created for you or your organization.
• Website data — technical and SEO data about websites you connect to the Service (pages, metadata, performance metrics, crawl results, keyword rankings, backlinks, and content drafts).
• Usage data — actions taken inside the platform (for example work logs, task activity, and approval decisions) so teams can collaborate and report on work performed.

Google user data

With your explicit consent via Google's OAuth consent screen, the Service connects to Google APIs (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and the Google Business Profile API) to read performance data for websites and business profiles that you own or manage. We use this data solely to:

• display search, traffic, and business-profile performance inside your dashboard;
• generate SEO reports and content recommendations for your own websites;
• track keyword and ranking trends over time.

SEOCIALEYES's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read this data except with your consent, for security purposes, or where required by law.
• Google user data is never shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the features described above.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page; revoking access disables the connected features but does not affect the rest of your account.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To generate reports, dashboards, and AI-assisted content you request.
• To send transactional emails (such as report deliveries, approval requests, and account notices).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (such as hosting, email delivery, and SEO data providers), each bound to use it solely on our behalf. Data about a client website is visible only to the workspace that manages that website.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active. When an account or website connection is removed, its associated data is deleted from active systems within 30 days, and cached Google API data expires automatically. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact below.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, credentials and API tokens are stored encrypted, and access is restricted by role-based permissions.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and secure the session (authentication and CSRF). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
