These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SEOCIALEYES platform, its WordPress plugin, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SEOCIALEYES is an SEO management platform that provides website auditing, keyword and ranking intelligence, AI-assisted content drafting, reporting, and team collaboration tools for websites you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created for you by your organization or by us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for websites and business profiles you own or are authorized to manage, and not to:

• attempt to access data belonging to another customer or workspace;
• reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as expressly permitted;
• use the Service to violate any law, third-party right, or third-party platform policy (including Google's and WordPress's);
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

4. Your content and data

• You retain all rights to your websites, content, and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf (for example crawling your site, generating drafts, and producing reports).
• AI-generated drafts are provided for your review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
• Our handling of personal data and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and WordPress). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular search-ranking outcome will be achieved. Search engine results depend on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
